Flat One, Harbour House Apartments

Self-catering holiday accommodation with rooftop terrace, sleeps 7 + 2

This spacious penthouse apartment works well for extended families with the lounge dividing the sleeping accommodation between an en-suite bedroom at the front and two further bedrooms and a bathroom/toilet at the rear.

Rooftop Terrace

The spacious roof terrace has spectacular views over the Cobb and harbour and along the coast in both directions. It covers the whole of the roof area and is accessed via an internal staircase from the lounge. It is only accessible from Flat 1 and so is for your exclusive use. There are picnic benches all year round. Sun-loungers and chairs are provided in warmer months when the winds are not as wild. In the summer there is also a charcoal barbecue (please provide your own charcoal). Please note. At certain times, particularly in the winter months, the roof terrace cannot be used due to high winds or rain.

Lounge
At one end is a TV and seating area (2 large futons, chair and padded bench seating). At the other end is a large dining table. Staircase to roof.

The views over the harbour and Lyme Bay

The lounge and double bedroom are above the shop fronts and overlook Cobb Square, the harbour, Lyme Bay and Golden Cap. The twin bedroom and kitchen at the rear look towards the beach huts and out over Monmouth beach to the sea. The bathroom and bunk room look towards the next door building (and although you can see the sea from these rooms you wouldn't call it a view!).
