How to book

We offer a variety of ways to book and pay - see below. Please enquire for flexible changeover days and MORE SHORTBREAKS than shown on our calendars. SPECIAL OFFERS are shown at the top of the pricelist or by hovering over a date on the calendar.

CHRISMAS AND NEW YEAR Some dates and prices are shown however dates are flexible . Please enquire if you don't see exactly what you want.  

Some 2021 dates are available to book online now. Later dates are currently shown as provisionally booked even though they are not,  as we do not take bookings over a year ahead in case guests wish to return the same week. If you are interested in a particular week please get in touch so that we can contact you before releasing on our website

After your booking is confirmed you will also be able to log in to this system to check on your payments and to find our further pre-arrival information.

For LAST MINUTE bookings you may be asked to check with us first.

By post or phone/email

If you prefer not to book online please phone or email us so that we can reserve your chosen week. We can then post you a booking form and payment information or you can download a booking form and instructions here. Payment methods are explained below.

Prices and availability can be found online – see above- or if you prefer we can provide the information by phone/email.

How to pay

Payments may be made by bank transfer, by cheque, or, if booking through our online system, initial deposit payments may also be made by credit/debit card.

We ask for a one third deposit on booking with the balance and a security deposit (if applicable) due six weeks before the start of your holiday.

We will never send you revised bank details by email. If you have any concerns please give us a ring before making payment.

Changeover day

We are changing to a weeky Friday changoever from 13th November 2020. Prior to this weekly changeover is on a Saturday.  

Short breaks

Please contact us to see of we can offer you better rates if you are a couple or very small group. Many breaks are offered on our booking system but if you can't see the break you are interested in please enquire and include details of numbers of adults and numbers of children. We do not offer short breaks at all times of year but we may be able to meet your requirements. We are rarely able to offer short breaks from June to September unless it is very last minute. Prices are not pro-rata the weekly price. Changeover days may also be flexible outside the busy summer season. 

Pricing and special offers

For both flats we reserve the right to increase or reduce the price of any unlet week at any time.

Discounts are sometimes available for only two people in Flat 1 in winter months. Please enquire or hover over the start date in the booking calendar -discount will show below in red below.

For Flat 2 there is an extra 15% payable for bookings of over four people. 

SPECIAL OFFERS for last minute bookings may be shown at the top of the pricelist or can be found by hovering over a date on the calendar. 

What’s included?

There are no booking fees, coin meters or admin. charges if you book direct with us. Hot water, heating, wi-fi are included . Duvets and pillows are provided but LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT. Travel cot, bed guard, high chair and Flat 1 stairgate are usually available if requested at no extra charge.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel please contact us immediately. Under our terms and conditions any deposit or final balance payments already made are not refundable (excluding security deposit). At our discretion we may try to re-let (as long as we are not out of the country or away from technology!) and if we are successful we may refund any payments you have made less any price reduction we have suffered. Re-letting prices and refunds are entirely at our discretion but we do our best to be fair and reasonable. We recommend you take out travel insurance.

Login details

You will find your login details and a link to our booking system in your confirmation email. Or please contact us and we can re-send them to the email address you booked with. If you’d rather not log in we can send any information to you.
